  Alice Borchi is a Lecturer in Creative Industries at the University of Leeds (UK). Her research interests include the study of the cultural commons and cultural value, with a particular focus on participatory practices and shared governance in cultural policy and management. She is also interested in interdisciplinary approaches to the safeguard of the commons that bring together environmental and cultural perspectives.

• Filippo Fimiani University of Salerno

  Filippo Fimiani is Docteur ès Lettres (Paris 8) and PhD in Philosophy (Federico II, Naples), Full Professor of Aesthetics and Visual Culture and scientific head of the Audiovisual Storytelling Lab-LABSAV, Fimiani currently is Director of the PhD Program in Politics and Communication-POLICOM in Salerno University. He is co-editor of Aisthesis and head of UNIFEST in Linea d’Ombra Film Festival.Devoted to critical theory of the images, Fimiani’s research interests embrace the interactions between the visual and rhetoric in literature and artistic poetics and media literacies, with a particular current focus on mobile practices and everyday visual culture.

• Enrico Chinellato University of Bologna https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0836-3602

  Enrico Chinellato is a designer, artist, and Ph.D. Candidate in Architecture and Design Cultures at the University of Bologna, Italy, Department of Architecture. He earned his MA in Architecture from IUAV University of Venice and Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem. He was Visiting Ph.D. Student at Tel Aviv University’s Faculty of the Arts in Israel.

  His most recent research interests focus on contemporary art practices, site-specific artworks, and creative processes in relation to urban change. In his current interdisciplinary research, he examines how artists working in city spaces experience, interpret, and integrate changes in public urban sites into the production of their urban art-works, exploring their ‘ways of doing’ and the creative processes underlying their urban artistic practices.

• Francesca Sabatini University of Bologna https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8685-1866

  Francesca Sabatini is postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Architecture, University of Bologna and adjunct professor in Management of Cultural Events at the Department of Law, Economics, Politics and Languages, LUMSA University (Rome). With her research group she writes and manages international research-action projects. Since 2012 she is project manager for public administrations for EU funding schemes in projects of urban and territorial regeneration. Her professional work and research focus on social innovation and the just transition, with a specific interest in the urban commons and cultural economics. She holds a PhD in Architecture and a M.Sc. (Hon.) in Innovation and Organization of Culture and the Arts (University of Bologna).
